By participating in this private online session, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You confirm that you are voluntarily engaging in this session and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being. By booking, you affirm that you are in good physical condition, have consulted with a medical professional if necessary, and are not aware of any condition that may pose a risk during the class. You release the instructor from any liability for injuries or issues that may occur during or after the session. Booking & Cancellation Policy: - Sessions must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. - You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. - Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance are non-refundable. - In case of last-minute changes, rescheduling may be possible at the instructor’s discretion, but it is not guaranteed. - No-shows and late arrivals (more than 10 minutes late) are also considered non-refundable. The class will still end at the scheduled time. - For cancellations or changes, please contact me directly at info@sofiavyoga.com as soon as possible.
