How does the 4-Class Sunday Reset Pack work?

The Pack includes 4 online Sunday Reset classes, priced at £6.25 per class. The pack is valid for 8 weeks, giving you plenty of flexibility. Once you purchase, you’ll have access in your member area, where you can book, reschedule, or cancel classes as you wish, making it easy to practice at your own pace. Please note that any unused classes will expire after 8 weeks.

Are these classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! The classes are designed for all levels, whether you're just starting or have an established practice. Variations and modifications will be offered to support your journey.

What do I need for the class?

You'll need a yoga mat, but if you don’t have one, practicing on a carpet is also an option. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try to be in a space where you’ll have minimal interruptions.

Will all classes be live?

Most weeks, classes are live, but occasionally, a recorded session may be provided instead.

Live classes are not recorded, but if you can’t join a session or would like access to a recording, you can request it in advance.

What if I can’t attend a class?

If you book a single class, you can cancel up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund, or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class.

For the Class Pack, you can reschedule any class up to 12 hours before it starts. The pack is non-refundable, and any unused classes will expire after 8 weeks.
