Private Classes

A one-to-one practice held in your space or mine, fully tailored to your needs, pace, and energy. These sessions offer a calm, supportive environment to explore movement, breath, and stillness—designed to help you feel more grounded, open, and at ease. Includes optional elements like journaling, curated playlists, and a short head massage.
