Having worked in the corporate world for five years at a global consulting company, I understand firsthand the high-pressure environment, demanding deadlines, and the toll it can take on both mental and physical well-being. Yoga became my anchor during this time, helping me manage stress, improve focus, and find balance amidst the challenges.
