About the event
As the festive season comes to an end, a time filled with giving, connection, joy and sometimes exhaustion, we invite you to turn inward and return to yourself. Join Sofia and Diana on the last Sunday of the year for a 2.5-hour cosy year-end ritual designed to gently reset your mind, body and soul before stepping into 2026.
This gathering is not about setting goals, achieving more or entering the new year with pressure. It is an invitation to slow down, reflect and nourish your inner world. It is that special Sunday feeling, the one where you prepare for the week ahead, but here it is about closing the year and stepping into the new one with presence and intention.
We will begin with guided journaling to honour the year that has passed, its lessons, challenges and gifts. Sofia will then lead a gentle and grounding yoga practice to help you reconnect with…
