This is your invitation to start your Sunday differently. To step away from the routine, move your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect, in a way that feels light, energising, and fun.
We’ll begin the morning by the beach with a dynamic yoga flow designed to wake up the body, build a little heat, and leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and fully alive. Expect movement, rhythm, and that post-yoga glow, all with the sound of the waves in the background and an open view over the sea.
Practicing by the sea, under the open sky, brings a different kind of presence, one that’s hard to put into words, but easy to feel.
